There are 3-speed steps in existence (0~3 where 0 represents stop). It also supports keyboard backlight brightness level adjustment. You can swap between WASD and arrow key modes. You can turn on the Game mode by pressing [Fn + Win] once to lock the Windows key so there will be no response when it is pressed. This Keyboard and Mouse Combo is a great choice for gamers.
